Every piece of equipment needs updates and specific maintenance to keep it running like a well-oiled machine, and this is doubly true for server room equipment. That's why we can provide you with remote support such as regular and emergency updates to your devices, security updates including device monitoring and any configuration adjustments. As well as support with a trip directly to the customer to eliminate any faults, clean the equipment of dirt, replace defective parts and everything for the best performance and reliability in the shortest possible time.
DATA BACKUP AND RECOVERY
Data loss is everyone's nightmare and can cause irreparable damage both in time and money, which is why we ensure regular data backups so that nothing like this ever happens to you.
In the event of any kind of crash (for example, a faulty disk), we will then ensure a quick recovery of the backed up data.

NIS2 AND THE NEW LAW ON CYBER SECURITY
The NIS2 Directive is an updated version of the NIS Directive (Network and Information Security) which has been in force since 2016. The European Union's NIS2 directive on cybersecurity has been in force since the beginning of 2023 and aims to increase the resilience of companies and institutions and unify security in European cyberspace. Member states are obliged to adapt this directive into their legal system, here the new law is required to take effect on 18 October 2024 and will affect more than 6,000 companies in the country compared to the original 450 or so.
We will conduct a security analysis of your organization and help you determine how this directive will apply to you. Using VLANs, we separate and optimize everything for maximum reliability and performance with the possibility of future expansion.

DESIGN, DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION
We will design a server room for both new and existing buildings, taking into account the current state and future development.
We will supply all the necessary materials from rack cabinets, patch panels and switches to backup power supplies and server room security equipment including temperature and humidity sensors and cameras.
We install all equipment switches, routers, access points including metallic and fibre optic cabling, camera systems or telephone exchanges and other required equipment.
MODERNISATION AND RECONSTRUCTION
Based on the current state of the server room, we will propose an appropriate solution for its modernization. Of course, all equipment is delivered and then professionally installed.

PLANNING AND INSTALLATION OF CABLING
Planning the structured cabling is an important phase of the project, which is unfortunately still very often underestimated and results not only in problems related to the speed of the network as a whole, but often followed by additional costs for repairing a malfunctioning system.
That's why we will plan for you a distribution system that meets the latest standards with a view to future development and that will not restrict you in any way.
TROUBLESHOOTING AND REPAIR
A cut cable in the wall, a broken fibre optic cable, or maybe damaged connectors? Who wouldn't know. Such repairs, especially in older buildings, are quite common. In this case, we can locate the fault and repair it. Sometimes it may be enough just to look at the hole in the wall, but other times we have to use special measuring instruments and use more complicated procedures to trace the fault.
And with the right technique and knowledge, such faults are easily detected and quickly rectified.
